Just wanted to tell you guys about a few cool things I’ve been doing. Today we all went on a bike ride around some lagoons/salt marshes. There were a ton of flamingoes in the lagoons so that was pretty cool. The flamingoes here have hot pink patches of feathers under their wings. You probably can’t make that out from the photos though…

We biked to a playground and found a seesaw. 

Yesterday after class, a few people and I went to an archaeological museum. It had cool artifacts from Sardinia. 

We liked the crocodile (?) heads and found the disembodied hands amusing. These were from a pit or something where they found random pieces of pottery. 

Saw Julius Caesar. 

My friend Alec was a big fan of this god whose name is Bes. 

After the archaeological museum we went to an art museum that had a lot of Christian art. 

This was one of my favorites. Tag yourself as a stabbed dude. I’m the middle one. 

Last adventure I wanted to tell you about was that last week I went to a cat cafe. They have five cats but I was only able to get pics of four of them because one was hiding. We sat down and a cat immediately came and sat on our table, which was cute. 

Also got some very aesthetically pleasing milkshakes. 

It’s been important to me that I report every cat I see that I can get a picture of. I saw this grey guy while walking to class and have been waiting to include him/her in a post.
